1. Which Courses are available at Horticulture training Center?

General Greenhouse Management
Automation in Protected Cultivation
Cultivation of Open Field Flowers, Greens and Exotic Vegetables
Plant Propagation & Nursery Management
Crop Specific Courses -(Rose / Gerbera and Carnation / Anthurium and Orchid/ Vegetable Cultivation)
Marketing of Horticultural Produce

2. What is the duration of the training courses?
Duration of training courses is 5 days and are conducted throughout the year.

3. What is the fees of training courses?
Fees for each training course is Rs.4500/- per candidate. The mode of payment should be Demand Draft/Cheque or Cash. One passport size photograph is must at the time of payment of fees.

4.Whether any new courses will be started at HTC?
Yes, Following new courses will be started at HTC -
1. Cultivation of Commercial Horticultural Crops & Medicinal and Aromatic plants.
2. Organic farming.
3. Precision Farming.
4. Vanilla Xultivation,Processing and Marketing.
5. Safe and Judicious use of farm chemicals.
6. Quality standards of fresh & processed Horticultural produce.
7. Wine marketing

5. What is the educational qualification required for the training?
The only qualification required for the training is general information related to agriculture. Farmers,businessman,teachers,students,farm managers, financial organisations, skilled workers can participate in the training course.
